Public Transit Routes

The Public Transit Routes feature layer is composed of fixed rail transit routes within the Continental United States, Alaska, Hawaii, the District of Columbia, and Puerto Rico. The modes of transit that are represented include cable car, commuter rail, heavy rail, inclined plane, light rail, monorail/automated guide way, and streetcar rail as defined by the Federal Transit Administration, US Department of Transportation.
